Section 1

Eligibility Rules

1.1 — Age Requirement

All TSOM memberships and event participation require the individual to be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are not eligible for any membership tier or event attendance.

1.2 — Pre-Trib Application

Pre-Trib membership is not open access. Applicants must submit a request form including: first name, email, city/country, a written response to the question "What did you see that made you take this seriously?", and age verification. Applications are reviewed personally. Not everyone is accepted. Approval is at the sole discretion of TSOM.

1.3 — Pre-Trib: 90-Day Event Eligibility

Pre-Trib members must maintain an active, continuous subscription for a minimum of 90 consecutive days before becoming eligible to attend any Pre-Tribulation Witness Event. The 90-day period begins on the date the Pre-Trib subscription is activated — not the date of any prior lower-tier subscription.

Pre-Trib membership itself is not capped. Only event attendance is capped at 50 seats per event.

1.4 — Identity Verification

All event attendees must present a government-issued photo ID at check-in that matches the name on their subscription account. Accounts found to be registered under false names, aliases, or misrepresented identities will be permanently terminated without refund.

Subscribers may be asked to complete additional verification steps prior to event attendance, including but not limited to: video verification, an intent statement, or a brief written acknowledgment of event conditions.

1.5 — Scholarship Eligibility

Scholarship access is available for individuals who cannot afford the paid Pre-Trib tier. There is no income verification. Scholarship applicants receive the PDF and a set of response questions; their answers are reviewed personally. Scholarship seats are subject to the same identity verification, safety policies, and behavior standards as all paid members. Scholarship applicants who do not respond within the specified timeframe forfeit their application and must reapply.

Section 2

Event Access & Capacity

2.1 — Event Capacity

Each Pre-Tribulation Witness Event is limited to 50 attendees. When an event is announced, eligible Pre-Trib members are notified. The first 50 eligible members to confirm attendance receive seats.

2.2 — Global Eligibility

The event queue is global. Pre-Trib members are not restricted by geographic location. When an event is announced in a specific city, all eligible members are notified regardless of where they live. Travel to the event city is the subscriber's responsibility and expense.

2.3 — Seat Confirmation Window

When notified of an upcoming event, members have 48 hours to confirm their attendance. Unconfirmed seats are released to the next eligible member.

2.4 — Lapsed Subscriptions

If a subscriber cancels their Pre-Trib membership and later reapplies, the 90-day eligibility period restarts from zero.

2.5 — No-Shows

A member who confirms attendance and fails to appear without notifying TSOM at least 48 hours in advance forfeits their seat. No-show members are subject to a 60-day cooldown before becoming eligible for a future event. Repeat no-shows (two or more) may result in permanent removal from the Pre-Trib tier.

2.6 — Repeat Attendance

Members who have attended a previous event are re-queued behind all first-time eligible members for subsequent events. Priority is given to those who have not yet witnessed. Repeat attendance is not guaranteed.

Section 3

Refund Policy

3.1 — Subscriptions

All subscriptions (Watchers, Council, Pre-Trib) are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or weekly, depending on the plan selected. Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

If membership is terminated by TSOM (Section 5), refunds are limited to the most recent billing cycle only. No refunds are issued for prior billing cycles regardless of the reason for termination.

3.2 — PDF Purchases

Appointed is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all PDF sales are final. No refunds are issued for PDF purchases.

3.3 — Event Non-Attendance

Subscription fees are for membership access, not for a specific event ticket. If a member is unable to attend an event for which they confirmed, no refund is issued for subscription fees paid during the period leading up to the event. The member retains their membership and eligibility for future events (subject to the no-show policy in Section 2.5).

3.4 — Event Cancellation by TSOM

If TSOM cancels a scheduled event, confirmed attendees will be given priority seating at the next available event. No subscription refunds are issued for event cancellations, as the subscription includes ongoing content access independent of event attendance.

Section 4

Behavior Policy

4.1 — Community Standards

All TSOM subscribers and event attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward other members, staff, event personnel, and the integrity of the framework being presented. TSOM is not a religious institution — it is a framework delivered through content and experience. Participation requires basic mutual respect regardless of personal belief, background, or intent.

4.2 — Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is grounds for immediate removal and potential permanent termination:

4.3 — Online Conduct

Subscribers who engage in targeted harassment, doxxing, or threats against TSOM, its personnel, or other community members on any platform (including but not limited to social media, email, messaging apps, or forums) may have their membership terminated without warning.

Section 5

Removal Rights

5.1 — Termination at Discretion

Membership may be terminated at our sole discretion. TSOM reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or permanently revoke any subscription or event participation for reasons including but not limited to: safety concerns, integrity of the event experience, community alignment, or any violation of these Terms.

We are not required to provide a detailed explanation for termination decisions related to safety or integrity. Where possible, we will communicate the general basis for the decision.

5.2 — Identity Misrepresentation

Accounts found to be misrepresenting identity, intent, or payment history may be permanently restricted without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to: using a false name, subscribing on behalf of another person, using stolen payment methods, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility rules.

5.3 — Refund Upon Removal

If TSOM terminates a membership, refunds — if issued — are limited to the most recent billing cycle. No refunds are issued for prior billing cycles. Termination for cause (violation of behavior policy, identity misrepresentation, safety concerns) may result in termination with no refund.

5.4 — Event-Day Removal

TSOM and its designated event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual from an event at any time for any safety-related reason. This includes individuals who: fail identity verification at check-in, refuse to comply with the device policy, exhibit signs of intoxication or impairment, display threatening or erratic behavior, or are determined to pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

Removal from an event does not automatically terminate membership, but repeated incidents may result in permanent termination under Section 5.1.

Section 6

Safety Enforcement

6.1 — Device Policy (Yondr Pouches)

All Pre-Tribulation Witness Events enforce a strict no-device policy. Upon arrival, all attendees are required to place their mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, cameras, and any recording-capable devices into provided Yondr pouches or equivalent secure enclosures. Pouches are locked at check-in and unlocked only at designated stations after the event concludes.

Attendees who refuse to surrender devices will be denied entry. No exceptions. Attendees found with concealed recording devices will be immediately removed from the event and permanently terminated from the Pre-Trib tier.

6.2 — Security Screening

All event attendees are subject to security screening upon arrival, which may include metal detection, bag inspection, and visual inspection. Security personnel are contracted professionals authorized to deny entry at their discretion based on safety assessment. Attendees who refuse screening will be denied entry.

6.3 — Staggered Arrival

Attendees are assigned individual arrival time windows and must arrive within their designated window. Early arrivals will be asked to wait. Late arrivals beyond a reasonable grace period (determined per event) may forfeit their seat. Arrival instructions, including the exact venue address, are communicated to confirmed attendees no earlier than 48 hours before the event for security purposes.

6.4 — Non-Transferable Admission

Each subscription is personal. Each seat is personal. No +1. No guests. No exceptions.

Attendees may not bring companions, family members, partners, children, friends, assistants, or any other individual. Every person in the event space must be independently verified against the subscriber list. Unverified individuals will be denied entry. Attendees who arrive with unsubscribed companions will be asked to make arrangements — their companion cannot wait in the venue, lobby, or parking area.

6.5 — Liability Waiver

All event attendees are required to sign a physical liability waiver at check-in before entering the event space. The waiver includes: assumption of risk, release of claims for injury, acknowledgment that the event involves alternative and non-medical practices, and agreement to the confidentiality and device policies outlined in these Terms.

Attendees who decline to sign the waiver will be denied entry. The waiver is a condition of attendance, not a suggestion.

6.6 — Confidentiality

The specific content and details of the Pre-Tribulation Witness Event are confidential. Attendees may share their personal experience and reaction (what they felt, what it meant to them) but may not disclose specific proprietary details of the demonstration protocol, setup, materials, or methodology. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of membership.

6.7 — Medical Disclaimer

TSOM does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Pre-Tribulation Witness Event involves a demonstration of alternative, non-medical practices rooted in a framework described as Y = AX + B. Nothing presented, demonstrated, or discussed at any TSOM event should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Attendees with pre-existing medical conditions, implanted medical devices (pacemakers, insulin pumps, etc.), or conditions that may be sensitive to electromagnetic fields or frequency-based protocols should consult their physician before attending and must disclose relevant conditions on their liability waiver.

TSOM, its officers, employees, contractors, and event personnel are not liable for any adverse physical, emotional, or psychological reaction experienced during or after the event. By attending, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

General

General Provisions

7.1 — Modification of Terms

TSOM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

7.2 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in TSOM subscriptions or events shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

7.3 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSOM's total liability for any claim arising from your subscription or event attendance is limited to the amount you paid to TSOM in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. TSOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

7.4 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

7.5 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the liability waiver signed at event check-in, constitute the entire agreement between you and TSOM regarding your subscription and event participation.
